CAST Tech

CAST Tech

Located in the heart of San Antonio's downtown tech district, CAST Tech prepares students for careers in coding, cyber security, gaming, entrepreneurship, business, and more. CAST Tech uses computer-based learning to allow students to progress more quickly in areas where they have mastered concepts, allowing them to dive more deeply into projects and areas of great interest.

CAST STEM

CAST STEM

Careers in engineering, advanced manufacturing, energy & power and global logistics are the focus of CAST STEM, where students can learn to build and program robots, drones, and electric cars and travel to competitions with teammates. CAST STEM students attend 9th and 10th grades at Southwest Legacy High School and 11th and 12th grades at Palo Alto College.

CAST Med

CAST Med

With its doors opened in Fall 2019, CAST Med students can choose between three career paths: biomedical research, medicine, or public health. The campus is located at Brooks on San Antonio’s South Side in a state-of-the-art facility designed to support the students’ learning experience.

CAST Lead

Opening in August 2020, CAST Lead will prepare students for leadership positions in the growing retail, hospitality and tourism, and ECommerce industries. Located in East Central ISD, the career-themed high school will accept 150 ninth-grade students in its first year. Preparing students for careers in some of the fastest-growing industries in our city, CAST Lead partners include H-E-B, Whataburger, Visit San Antonio, the CE Group, and Chef Johnny Hernandez.

Advanced Learning Academy

Advanced Learning Academy

Our first PK-12 CAST Academy, ALA seeks to nurture students who will become global problem-solvers, tackling the world’s most pressing issues through project-based learning, collaboration, and enriching field experiences that use the community as a learning lab. Now accepting ninth-grade applications, ALA will offer students a strong liberal arts education and real-world career exploration through student internships.
