CAST Schools Network Part-Time Project Coordinator (Internship)

CAST Schools Network is looking for an alumnus who feels strongly connected to CAST Schools and would like to continue to foster relationships with alumni and to share stories about the network on our website. The project coordinator role would be:

CAST Alumni:

• Support planning, logistics, and implementation of key network events
• Engage with alumni
• Track down missing alumni 
• Create monthly newsletter (example: upcoming events, job opportunities, need to know basic factual reminders, blog posts, stories) 
• Lead feedback sessions 
• Plan or co-planning Alumni events or other network events
• Help draft a tool kit and calendar of events/milestones for alumni network

• Create landing pages
• Update school pages
• Create systems for better showcasing stories and events
• Edit video, create infographics to showcase data
• Update FAQ’s and create a CAST Schools Glossary

Interns will co-report to the CAST Schools Community and Educator Engagement Manager and the CAST Schools Communications & Marketing Director and will work up to 20 hours per week under minimal supervision. Meeting times are flexible and can be developed to fit with your school schedule, but interns are encouraged/ expected to attend network alumni events.
