To Participate:

  1. Scan QR Code (see attached)
  2. Click to pre-register
  3. Drive-Up on Saturday, January 30th
  • Screening is open to students attending a CAST School Virtually or In-Person
  • Pre-register to receive Free COVID-19 Screening
  • Screening is limited to immediate family members living in the household with CAST students and teachers
  • Screening is for asymptomatic individuals only – family members experiencing symptoms are not eligible
