CAST High School Students Need You!
Do you want to be a future mentor?
Join CAST Schools at Speed Mentor Match Days for the opportunity to connect with 10th-grade students and decide if you want to be a mentor. This unique event allows you to meet our bright, motivated students and find your mentoring fit.
During this event, you will:
- Engage in brief discussions with our students
- Learn about their interests, goals, and aspirations
- Share your professional experiences and insights
At the end of the event, you can decide if you’d like to commit to mentoring a student long-term.

Each campus is looking for mentors with specific backgrounds to guide and inspire students in their chosen fields:
- Advanced Learning Academy seeks 25 or more mentors with diverse experiences and expertise.
- CAST Lead seeks 25 or more mentors – leadership, UX-Design, Entrepreneurship, Business Management, Customer Care, and Customer Relationship Management.
- CAST Med seeks 25 or more mentors with a healthcare, biomedical sciences, and community engagement background.
- CAST STEM seeks 25 or more mentors with experience and expertise in engineering, manufacturing, logistics, and drones.
- CAST Teach seeks 25 or more mentors with experience and expertise in Teaching and Training as well as Public Speaking/Presentational Speaking.
- CAST Tech seeks 25 or more mentors with experience in UX-Design, Entrepreneurship, Business Management, Customer Care, Customer College Relationship Management, and Leadership.
No long-term commitment is required at this stage. The Speed Mentor Match Day is an opportunity for mentors and students to find the right fit.
