Three Years of Fear Set Construction and Management

A Scenic Construction Manager (SCM) prepares and operates the scenic needs for a production (rehearsals and performances). They work with the directors, the stage manager, backstage crew members, and the Empire Theatre Production Team to create and manage a working and safe environment for our live theatre productions, for the touring shows, and the Empire Theatre performances.  This role takes charge of the scenic inventory, repairs, backstage crew assignments, the touring schedules, and the moving in and moving out of a production. The  SM, ASM and the SCM work closely together in a shared leadership capacity.
