Three Years of Fear Assistant Director

The Assistant Director supports the directors’ vision of the play by attending all acting rehearsals in order to work with the directors on blocking and performance. The AD will be a part of the directing team throughout the process, participating in the creation of the play through both the large-group rehearsal process and smaller break-out rehearsals of scenes and sections from the play under their jurisdiction. Responsibilities include working with small and large groups of actors, collaborating with the directors, and leading peers through direction of blocking and movement.
