Anastasia Perez proudly serves as the Educator Experience Manager at CAST Schools, where she leads initiatives aimed at reinventing how schools support and grow their educators. Her decade-long career in education began in the classroom, teaching math in San Antonio ISD, the same district where she was once a student.

Progressing through roles like Administrative Intern, Instructional Coach, and New Teacher Support Specialist, Anastasia gained a comprehensive understanding of educational systems. At CAST, she leverages this experience to co-create innovative educator recruitment, development, and retention strategies. Anastasia designs professional learning experiences that prepare teachers to support and grow CAST students effectively. 

As the daughter of an educator and a San Antonio native, Anastasia’s background fuels her passion for educational equity.  Anastasia strives to create an environment where educators are empowered, the teaching profession is elevated, and students are prepared for success in a rapidly changing world through dynamic learning environments aligned to CAST’s Core Pillars.
