Interviewer and Data Entry Specialist Intern

Position Type: Temporary, 40 hours total
Must be available October, 2024 through November, 2024 

Monday-Friday during regular business hours

Location: CAST Schools Network Office and 6 CAST Schools Campuses

CAST Schools is seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented CAST Schools Alumni to join our team as Interviewers and Data Entry Specialists. In this role, you will conduct interviews with current 11th and 12th graders and accurately enter their responses into our Salesforce database. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the ongoing success of CAST Schools and support current students in their journey.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct Interviews:
   • Conduct interviews with 11th and 12th grade students.
   • Ask questions based on provided interview guidelines.
   • Create a comfortable and engaging interview environment for students.
2. Data Entry:
   • Accurately record interview responses and student information.
   • Enter data into Salesforce with attention to detail.
   • Ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
3. Communication:
   • Communicate effectively with students.
   • Provide feedback and support to students as needed.
4. Reporting:
   • Report any issues or discrepancies to the data manager.

Qualifications:

1. 1. Education and Experience:
      • Must be a CAST Schools alumnus.
      • Previous experience in interviewing or data entry is preferred but not required.
   2. Skills:
      • Excellent verbal communication skills.
      • Willingness to learn new technology quickly.
      • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
      • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
