Community Engagement Manager

The Community Engagement Manager must believe in the mission of CAST and be committed to, above all else, engaging stakeholders including students, parents, teachers, industry and nonprofit partners in a deeply collaborative way that lifts up and celebrates young people. The Community Engagement Manager will oversee the Community Engagement Coordinator, who is overseeing the nascent CAST Alumni network, and also works across teams to support a variety of CAST events.

Ideally, the Community Engagement Manager will have experience in multi-sector collaborations, comfort working with a variety of grassroots, family, business and student stakeholders, strong public speaking skills, empathy, compassion and courage. The Community Engagement Manager will love working in a team, bouncing ideas off others, and making big ideas happen, and project managing to ensure successful implementation of the shared network vision.
